Rob Goldberg

Founder & CEO

I started my Professional Radio Broadcast career at KDWB-FM Minneapolis just prior to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 which was the launching pad for facility consolidation and growing media companies. Shortly there after I became a part of the Clear Channel build team where I traveled the US working and managing facility projects. For the past 28 years I have been designing and building studio facilities, transmitters sites and all in between. Radio has been in my blood since birth thanks to my Grandfather Fred C Clarke, a man who owned and signed on several of the first radio stations across Minnesota.

I take great pride in our projects and see them through their success. I have a fantastic team of people who are all well skilled and great to work with. This team I have trusted to uphold the RadioDNA reputation.

  • Chris Fonte

    Integration Manager

Chris is a 20+ year veteran in the broadcast and audio industries.  From working at local TV and radio stations as a teenager, to doing news and studio maintenance at a shortwave station in Ecuador, to stints in Dallas and St Louis as Creative Services Director for major-market stations – Chris has a rich history.  Chris made a name for himself in audio production at a large Midwest recording studio, and his work has been heard regularly on syndicated shows and services like The Glenn Beck Program, ChaseCuts, Groove Tools, 360 Country and more.  He has been a Program Director, Operations Manager, and turned his focus to the tech side in 2014 when he accepted a support and installation job with WideOrbit Automation for Radio.  After a year and a half of full-time travel, Chris left the road to manage projects, test software integrations and work on the user guide in the Dallas office.

Chris joined radioDNA in 2017 as Integration Manager and works both behind the scenes and on the front lines to ensure projects run smoothly.  He is equally happy pulling cable, ordering inventory or sitting in front of a computer Programming Cisco switches.  Chris lives in beautiful Columbia, South Carolina with his wife, three daughters, cat and dog.  When not working, which is rare, he can be found spending time with his family…or thinking about work.

  • Adam VanConant

    Field Engineer

After listening to the personalities at KSTP-AM have so much fun on air, Adam knew that radio was his career of choice. He got bit by that “Radio bug” and was hooked for life! Spending the first part of his career "ON-AIR" in markets in outstate Minnesota as well as Minneapolis/St Paul, he met Rob during a major studio renovation and fell in love with the technical side of radio operations. Since becoming a member of the radioDNA team he has played a major part in projects for Hubbard Radio, The Minnesota Wild Radio Network, Northern Lights Broadcasting, Ingstad Radio Network and many other amazing broadcast companies. Adam has become the resident expert on RCS NexGen and Zeta Automation systems and their integration with WheatNet. Adam sharpened his skills when he spent a week at the Wheatstone factory where he did systems training and a one on one audio session with Jeff Keith. Adam spends most of him time in the field but is happy doing remote support when needed too.
